At Cator, Sircat y 2G Chemical Plastic Recycling recently held our 6th Annual 2025 Convention, a meeting that has become a tradition for our teams. A key moment of the year where, beyond results and objectives, we put the focus on people.
This day not only sought to reinforce our cohesion as a team, but also to offer us a space to reflect, share and continue to grow in our daily work.
Participative dynamics to connect, learn and move forward.
The morning began with an enriching Team Coaching session, specially designed to offer us participative activities that invited us to stop and reflect on some of the competencies that we consider key in our organization:
- Learning and continuous improvement
- Commitment to the organization
- Empathy
- Flexibility and change management
- Teamwork and cooperation
Through different dynamics led by Coachees, we were able to explore practical tools and useful approaches to contribute to our individual and collective development.
In a relaxed but full of content atmosphere, we laughed, shared and got to know each other better. Because a team that understands each other, supports each other. And a team that supports each other, grows.
The casteller world: a live lesson in teamwork, effort and trust
In the afternoon, we gave an inspiring twist to the day with a very special activity: we immersed ourselves in one of the most powerful Catalan traditions at a symbolic and human level: the castellers.
Through this experience, we learned that raising a human castle is much more than a physical effort. It is a living metaphor of teamwork. To stick together, to have blind trust in your colleagues, to know your place and to give the best of yourself, are the principles that sustain this tradition… and also those that sustain any solid and committed team.
Guided by experts, and thanks to joint effort, coordination and mutual support, we managed to build our own castle, an experience as exciting as it was symbolic, which reminded us that no goal is unattainable when we work together.
Joining forces to multiply success
The VI Annual Convention 2025 was not just a day of activities, but a reflection of who we are and where we want to go. A diverse, cohesive team with a common mission: to transform, regenerate and move forward together.
