With the formalization of the merger, the aim is to boost efficiency, customer proximity and sustainable growth. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An integration that boosts synergies and extends Sircat&#8217;s reach<\/h2>\n\n<p>The absorption of ATR will enhance operational synergies, optimize resources and strengthen the capacity to respond to the needs of clients in different sectors.
