Back office commercial administrative

We need to incorporate to our Sales Department, a Back Office Administrative to support the sales team and customer and potential companies, as well as manage the recruitment and loyalty of these.

Its main functions will be:

  • Manage new incoming customers
  • Renew existing client portfolio
  • Update customer information
  • Controlling incidents related to contracted revaluables
  • Manage bad debts
  • Resolve incidents

 

We are looking for a person with experience in a similar position with related studies, active, decisive and eager to start a long term project in a young and dynamic work team.

Skills required

  • Higher studies related to Administration, Management or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Languages required: Catalan and Spanish native or bilingual.
